Jason Heydweiller is our professional and renowned Sioux Chef leading our meal team with a celebrity following such as Willie Nelson, Carrie Underwood, Stephen Gostkowshi, and Woody Harrelson just to name a few. He earned his Chef title in Maui, HI and relocated to Nashville, TN in 2006 to run his family’s restaurant, The Pita Pit until the Nashville bombing unfortunately destroyed it. He then stepped into the Paleo delivery space running Katies Plates in Bellevue, TN until taking a leap of faith in Spring of 2023 to become the head Chef and and kitchen manager by day at Walnut Hill Coffee Company in Winchester, TN.
Seeing a need for dietary friendly options and delivery around the Cumberland Plateau, Chef Jay Hey runs Mountain Mobile Meals with our meal team in the evenings.We are available for delivery, catering, bartending and/ or private Chef-ing at your next getaway or event- large or small!

Catering menu reflects pricing for 100 people or more.
Please contact us for quotes on custom menus.
For smaller parties with 20-99 guests the price is $45 per meal and $60 for fish/seafood.
Single meals come in microwave safe containers or oven safe pans for easy heat and serve.
Silverware is not included.
Chef and team can be available for onsite for catering and serving.
Custom quote is needed for onsite events.
